Millipore Introduces New Services for Water Purification Systems and Accessories

Millipore today announced its new range of services and protocols to optimize system performance and facilitate compliance with regulatory standards. Designed to provide global customers with a consistent standard of quality and service, the new service offerings help customers to demonstrate and document proper system operation.

Millipore’s comprehensive services offer preventative maintenance, qualification, United States Pharmacopoeia suitability testing, on-site calibration and verification of monitoring equipment.

To streamline validation in accordance with regulatory organizations such as the Food and Drug Administration, Millipore’s total service solution provides detailed workbooks and direct access to trained Customer Care Engineers. The USP suitability testing service and on-site calibration incorporates a series of protocols for total organic carbon analysis and water conductivity.
