Osmonics Launches Osmo® BEV SeriesFast delivery guaranteed for new membrane filtration system
Osmonics Inc. today announced the launch of a new line of membrane filtration systems engineered specifically for use in beverage water applications and available for delivery in just 6 to 10 weeks. These machines continue the tradition of quality and dependability that have become Osmonics’ trademark in the industry.
“In the past, beverage customers have waited for extended periods of time in order to receive products that were tailored to their needs and industry standards,” said Curt Weitnauer, vice president, Process Water Group, Osmonics. “Faster delivery allows our customers to increase their production sooner, and realize a faster return on their investment. Our new BEV Series was created to meet unique customer specifications without the long lead times common in this industry.”
The BEV Series consists of four standard models. The BEV 9, 18, 27 and 18x2 provide capacities ranging from 9,000 to 36,000 gallons per hour (gph) depending on the model. The standard models also are available with a variety of design options to help tailor the machine to the customer’s specific needs and budget. All machines are equipped with Allen-Bradley PanelViewä and PLC control, allowing the customer to easily operate and gather information on the system’s performance. In addition, standard stainless steel housings and piping reinforce their durability and ensure reliable operation and performance.
The Osmo BEV Series line of membrane filtration systems are ideal for use as both stand-alone components as well as complete water treatment systems, providing the perfect fit for applications such as bottled water, carbonated soft drinks, tea, fruit juice, low sodium products and sports drinks.
Because speed of delivery and ease of installation are crucial elements in the beverage industry, each BEV system is produced with a streamlined manufacturing process, allowing Osmonics to guarantee delivery in less than 10 weeks.
